Chris Brown, one of the world’s best-selling music artists with over 140 million records sold and is among the highest-grossing African American touring performers of all time. His concerts demand visuals that amplify his music’s scale and energy, while connecting with his long-running creative legacy.

My role included developing the styleframes that defined the project’s look and bringing two of the core concepts to life through animation.
I also created and animated background video visuals for Chris Brown’s concert performance.
The goal was to make the cosmos visually “respond” to music while incorporating subtle callbacks to Brown’s previous stage shows.
Show Planet — a futuristic planet wrapped in a glowing digital grid and laser beams, channeling the energy of Brown’s high-octane performances.
Black Hole — a cosmic vortex that dynamically reacted to the rhythm of the music, making space itself pulse in sync with the sound.
The project was assembled in Unreal Engine 5, with animations built in Cinema 4D and baked for seamless use in UE.
The client’s feedback was highly positive — my concepts and animations became the backbone of the video visuals for the performance.
